The Circa Resort & Casino’s water screen gushes in one video posted on the internet. The carpet below is saturated with water.
Caesars Palace’s ceiling looks to be leaking water, according to a photo posted online by one of the resort’s guests.
Planet Hollywood Casino on the Las Vegas Strip has a large hole in the ceiling that is leaking water. Patrons who witnessed the incident are seen filming it on their cell phones.
The LINQ Hotel’s parking garage is shown to be flooded in a new video posted on social media.
The Las Vegas area has been battered by a series of powerful storms. According to the City of Las Vegas, a flash flood warning and a severe thunderstorm alert were issued for the Las Vegas Valley early on Friday morning.
On Friday afternoon and evening, the National Weather Service office in the city issued a weather advisory for isolated thunderstorms.
Those with outdoor plans should be on the lookout for rapidly changing weather conditions, as the advisory noted via Twitter. In the event of inclement weather, boaters should exercise extreme caution and be ready to return to land promptly.
