Two Georgia preschool educators arrested after video shows abuse

Two preschool instructors in Georgia were jailed after a live webcam showed both of them molesting children.

Video showing a teacher treading on a pupil’s toes and then kneeing another student in the back. Another instructor can be seen using her finger to push a student’s head back after she is been in the child’s face for a few minutes.

Zeina Alostwani, 40, and Soriana Briceno, 19, were arrested on child cruelty charges by Roswell police after a live stream from the classroom was viewed by parents.

Children aged three were involved in the event, which took place in a classroom at Parker Chase Preschool in Roswell reports say. It was witnessed by two parents at the same time.

Parent Gloria Barghi told “I saw it, but I thought no, I didn’t see it,”

He raced to the school and requested that staff keep their distance from kids. The police and the parents of the deceased were notified.

Among those speaking out was the father of one of the victims, who wished to remain anonymous.

“It was a matter of seconds, and I knew what we had seen was deliberate and my stomach was in my throat at the time,” he told.

Since the arrests, a number of more victims have come forward, prompting authorities to expand their probe.

Police in Roswell said will analyse the tape from many weeks ago to determine if there are any more incidents of suspected abuse.

“inappropriate disciplinary actions.” were cited by the preschool as the reason for the dismissal of the teachers.

The school responded, “While we are extremely grateful that the children are doing well, we take this matter seriously and our investigation is ongoing,” When it comes to patient care, “We expect our staff to adhere to the highest standards of care and no noncompliance will be tolerated.”

Alostwani was granted a $75,000 bail on Tuesday, while Briceno was denied release because of his asylum and immigration status.
