The Social Security Administration (SSA) is about to make more payments to another group of retirees, disabled workers, and others eligible for the Social Security benefit.
According to the official payment calendar of the SSA, any person whose birthday is between the 2nd and 10th of any month will have their payment due on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.

Who Will Receive Social Security on July 15?
The following month’s benefits will be paid to people whose birthdays are on or after:
On July 2nd – July 10th (or 2nd – 10th for any birth month).
The payments are made on the second Wednesday of each month, and this year the payment is on July 15th.

How Social Security Payment Dates Are Determined
Many Social Security, retirement, and disability payments are determined by a formula that depends on the recipient’s birthday.

- Birthdays 1-10: 2nd Wednesday of the month
- Birthdays 11-20: Wednesday the Third of the month
- Birthdays 21-31 = 4th Wednesday of the month
