Chloe Fineman, that scene-stealing comedic firecracker on SNL, just ‘fessed up to being the twisted mind behind that notorious Hooters sketch when Sydney Sweeney hosted back in March. Quit clutching your pearls, prudes – Fineman’s owning it like the brazen queen she is!
In a burst of candor on Dana Carvey and David Spade’s Fly on the Wall podcast, Fineman laid it all out. “Sydney Sweeney, I pitched her the Hooters idea, where I was like, maybe work at Hooters, and we’re counting tips,” she dished. “I get $20 and you’re like, cool, I made like $40,000.”
But the juiciest admission? “And then she DM’d me, to write it, and then we got in so much trouble for, like, sexualizing Sydney Sweeney.” Slapping on a self-deprecating faux accent, Fineman proudly owned up: “But it was your pervert over here!”
If you missed the sketch in question, it was a doozy – Sweeney’s buxom Hooters server got showered with wads of cash by thirsty customers, with one even begging to buy her a whole car. The laughs came with a heavy side of cringe, especially given Sweeney’s previous laments about being hypersexualized.
But Fineman’s showing zero remorse for her risqué brainchild. Brace yourselves for whatever devilish ideas she cooks up next – this girl’s NBC’s newest chaos agent, and she’s just getting started!
