The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD is full of mysterious Goddess Cubes. There are 27 Goddess Cubes in the game. When each of these cubes is hit with a powered-up strike, they unlock a specific reward inside a chest elsewhere in the world.
The following Skyward Sword HD Goddess Cube location and rewards guide will show you where to find each cube and how to locate its reward.
DEEP WOODS
GODDESS CUBE 1
After entering the Deep Woods, you’ll come across Gorko. He will explain the legend of the Goddess Cubes by reciting:
Summon forth the light from a heavenly blade, and may that’s sword’s master receive aid.
Raise the sword to the sky and strike the cube with a Skyward Strike. It will float into the sky.
Reward: This should unlock an Adventure Pouch Upgrade. Find the chest outside on the right side of the Lumpy Pumpkin.
GODDESS CUBE 2
This cube can be found right after the first one. It’s to the left of the walkway leading to the Skyview Temple.
Reward: This unlocks a Piece of Heart #4 in the Sky, just south of the sky entrance to Faron Woods.
SKYVIEW SPRING
GODDESS CUBE 3
After the encounter with Demon Lord Ghirahim in Skyview Temple, visit Skyview Spring. There’s a large Goddess Statue. Find a Goddess Cube behind this statue.
Reward: A chest containing 300 rupees will appear on top of The Lumpy Pumpkin.
