Welcome to our ‘Warcraft: Mobile Game Will Be Coming Soon’ article. The Warcraft franchise is well-known. Hardcore players will want to own these titles. Blizzard, the maker of the Warcraft series, plans to bring the game to mobile devices. The business has previously revealed plans for a smartphone version of the hit game.

Warcraft: Mobile Game Will Be Coming Soon

Blizzard is working on a Warcraft mobile game for 2022. Blizzard said in its recent fourth-quarter and 2021 financial reports that it plans to release a ton of new Warcraft content in 2022. The updates will hit World of Warcraft and Hearthstone. The main news is that Warcraft will receive brand new mobile content.

In a press release rather than a call, Activision Blizzard revealed the mobile title.

Indeed, Activision CEO Bobby Kotick acknowledged in a Q4 2021 earnings call that Blizzard has “several” mobile Warcraft experiences in “advanced development”

While Activision Blizzard hasn’t revealed any specifics about this new mobile content (which might be many games), we do know it’ll be free-to-play.

Blizzard seems to be expanding towards mobile in recent years. In addition to Diablo Immortal, the developer has achieved success with Hearthstone on mobile devices (following a delay). There’s also talk of an Overwatch mobile game (via NME). So it makes logical that the developer aims to bring another of its brands to mobile in the future.

Activision Blizzard King’s previous mobile products’ success undoubtedly prompted Blizzard to join the smartphone arena. The company’s fourth-quarter net bookings increased year-on-year for Candy Crush and Call of Duty Mobile, with gamers globally spending over $1 billion on Call of Duty Mobile. Mobile net bookings climbed 18% year-over-year and accounted for 33% of overall net bookings in the fourth quarter.
