The release date for Genshin Impact 2.2 has been announced
MiHoYo announced the update’s release date during the Genshin Impact 2.2 livestream, as expected. We did, however, have an idea of when it would be due to the Kokomi banner expiring on October 12, 2021. The 2.2 update will be applied to Genshin Impact on October 13, 2021.
The presentation also went over a few things that people can expect in Genshin Impact over the next month or so. The 2.2 banners will both be reruns. First, Childe will return. The Hu Tao banner will then return, bringing with it the new four-star Thoma.
Following the release of Genshin Impact 2.2, a Serenitea Pot update is also planned. Items and styles from the Inazuma region will be available there for the first time. However, in order to obtain the new realm layout, players must first obtain Sacred Sakura affinity.
Other elements will be added to the game in version 2.2 as well. For example, the final Inazuma area will be added. Tsurumi Island will be open to the public for exploration. The events Labyrinth Warriors and Tuned to the World’s Sounds are also on the way.
The Genshin Impact 2.2 update will be available on October 13, 2021. Genshin Impact is available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, Android, and Apple iOS devices. It will also be available on the Nintendo Switch.
