You will have many instances in The Ascent where your health will deteriorate to deadly levels. You are not allowed to have any medkits in your inventory. As a result, you should be able to heal yourself. You can learn how to replenish health points on this page of the handbook.
How to heal
Healing goods are dropped by foes who have died. You can also purchase them with credits from vending machines strewn over the game area. There are two sorts of healing goods in the Ascension.
Red first-aid kits are the first (one of them is presented in the picture above). By pressing the interaction button, you can use them.
The red vials seen in the accompanying image represent the second type. You don’t need to touch any buttons in their case; simply stroll over them. However, they do not restore health as well as red first aid kits.
