As the Germans will be assembling their troops, you’ll be charged with neutralizing opposing fortifications throughout the Sniper Elite 5 Liberation adventure.

Be careful as the Germans patrolling and defending every nook and crevice of the terrain, the following instruction will teach you how to eliminate their fortifications in Sniper Elite 5.

Sniper Elite 5: How Do You Neutralize Enemy Defenses?

How to Neutralize Defenses in Sniper Elite 5?

There are three enemy defenses that must be overcome. An enemy sniper guards the main entrance, an enemy tank guards the bridge, and an enemy communications post is among them.

There are various vantage locations to choose from here. While you can still shoot most of them from afar, it’s up to you if you want to go in guns blazing.

First Line of Defense: Enemy Sniper

The first defense you must defeat is a sniper on top of the main tower. He will stand watch at the southern entrance to the main area.

When approaching the primary search area, this tower will be plainly visible. If you’re still perplexed, look for the highest skyscraper on the horizon.

You may be able to see the reflection of the opposing sniper’s scope depending on your location. Simply kill the sharpshooter to neutralize the Germans first line of defense.

It is possible to snipe him from a distance, which you can easily accomplish from the beginning location. There’s no need to expose yourself by approaching him.

Second Line of Defense: Enemy Tank

The second defensive you must defeat is a tank at the bridge that connects to the main area. This bridge will be strongly guarded, and the tank will be on the bridge’s left side.

You have two options: approach the bridge head-on and kill all the enemies protecting the bridge beside the tank, or approach the tank quietly via the water.

TNT or Satchel Charges may be used to blow up the tank. Shooting the red barrel exactly adjacent to the tank will also blow it up. It’s all up to you.

Third Line of Defense: Enemy Radio System

The radio system is the third line of defense you must defeat. This hostile radio equipment lies on the first floor of a complex on the left side of the bridge, right before you cross over.

You’ll need a crowbar to deactivate this radio system, which is situated on the same level in the neighboring room. The arrow in the graphic below indicates the exact placement of the radio system in the complex.

Your mission will be finished if you disable the radio system with the crowbar and the other two previously stated protections.

How to Neutralize Anti-Air Guns in Sniper Elite 5?

After you’ve neutralized the three enemy defenses, you’ll be offered the choice of neutralizing three anti-air (AA) weapons to free the skies for the Allied forces.

These three AA cannons may be found all around the globe. You’ll have to find each of them and use a Stachel Charge to blow them up. If you run out of Satchel Charges, you’ll have to go inside one of the various compounds to find them.

1st Anti-Air Gun

This AA cannon lies immediately near the first search area, adjacent to the bridge, to the right of the search area, and next to the sniper tower. A Stone Eagle may also be found on top of this sniper tower.

2nd Anti-Air Gun

This AA cannon may be found above the first search area, near the bridge.

3rd Anti-Air Gun

The third and final anti-aircraft gun is only a few meters northeast of Anti-Air Gun #2.
