The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supervising and managing rail viaduct and associated infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site supervision related to rail/metro viaduct and infrastructure.
- Ensure coordination with other discipline Resident Engineers to maintain project integrity.
- Review shop drawings, design proposals, method statements, and RFI requests.
- Work closely with Parsons’ Design Engineers to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain daily project logs and oversee documentation prepared by subordinates.
- Coordinate with contractors for resource allocation and scheduling.
- Supervise and monitor construction teams, including site engineers, inspectors, and surveyors.
- Liaise with clients, project managers, contractors, and relevant authorities.
- Provide expert advice on contractual and construction matters.
- Ensure compliance with project safety and quality requirements.
- Conduct and chair regular site meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of records, including as-built drawings.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.
- Support contract administration processes and report updates to the Construction Director.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of post-graduate experience in designing, supervising, and managing rail viaducts and creek crossings.
- Hands-on experience in civil supervision of major rail and infrastructure projects, preferably in the Gulf region.
- Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
- Strong expertise in Quality Assurance, Statistical Quality Control, and Material Analysis.
- Proficiency in reviewing technical reports, lab results, and quality measures to ensure project compliance.
- Deep understanding of contractual relationships and project administration.
- Advanced computer literacy, including project management and engineering software.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent technical writing and communication skills.
