As a modern game, Rainbow Six Extraction will feature complete cross-platform save support, allowing players to play and progress on any platform they choose. The game now supports cross-play and cross-progression between consoles in the same family, as well as between PC and Stadia. For now, gamers can keep and share progress between PC and Stadia, PS4 and PS5, and Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. Players can even join a match with other platformers.
Cross-play between Xbox and PlayStation consoles, as well as cross-progression between all platforms, are scheduled for early 2022. Rainbow Six Extraction will also include a “cross-platform Buddy Pass,” which allows you to invite two non-purchased buddies to an online co-op party for a maximum of 14 days.
