Inside the cave that leads to Research Lab 4 in The Great Crater of Paldea is where you’ll find Glimmora. Players won’t be able to explore the Great Crater of Paldea, where Area Zero is located, unless they’ve completed every related mission.

Glimmet is only able to be caught by trainers in the following caverns since it naturally occurs there:
Alfornada’s surrounding south province (Area 6)
A mountainous area in the western province, east of Porto Marinada (Area Two)
Glaseado Mountain’s northwest and a fragment of the mountain’s northeast
Passage of Dalizapa, located south of Glaseado Mountain
This section of East Province is located in the province’s eastern half (Area Three)
