How to kill Krampus in Warzone
Here’s how to take down Krampus during Call of Duty’s Festive Fervor event to keep him from disrupting your Warzone games. Krampus was one of the more contentious additions to Vanguard Season 1 during the holidays. Since the December 16 update, the Christmas monster has been viciously chasing down players.
The good news is that, while Krampus is a powerful opponent, he is not invincible. We’ll go over the weapons and strategies that will give you the best chance of slaying this beast and earning the benefits that come with it.
How to kill Krampus in CoD Warzone
Krampus, as a mythological beast, will not be defeated with just any weapon; you’ll need the most powerful Vanguard has to offer. When it comes to fighting him, LMGs are your best bet.
This Christmas beast will be wonderfully matched to the DP27, MG24, Type 11, or Bren rifle. Krampus is a bullet sponge, therefore LMGs’ enormous magazines and high damage output are ideal for the job. However, firepower will only get you part of the way to defeating the demon; you’ll also need some planning. Fortunately, it won’t be too difficult to accomplish on Caldera.
When fighting Krampus, all you have to do is make sure there’s enough free space to avoid being cornered and keep track of his movements. So, basically, only take him on outside and hide behind trees, and you’ll have no trouble receiving the goodies he drops.
