Telemetry Tapioca is a recipe in Destiny 2’s Dawning event, thus players must first gather the ingredients. Every recipe during The Dawning takes Dawning Essence, and each treat made in Eva’s Holiday Oven 2.1 requires a total of 15 Dawning Essence.
Telemetry Tapioca requires Vex Milk, which can be obtained by killing Vex in Destiny 2. The recipe only calls for one, but those who want to bake in bulk should gather as many ingredients as possible ahead of time.
