Halo Infinite: How to defeat Barroth
Barroth is a sly target who prefers to attack from afar than engage in combat. It’s worth searching down this alien for the Stalker Rifle Ultra. You may find him northwest of FOB Lima, southeast of Riven Gate. It’s on a high ridge. When you arrive, you’ll see Barroth sitting on a cliff above a wave of opponents.
To quickly defeat Barroth, travel to the region with a banshee or other flying object. Weak at close range, and you don’t want to cope with his long-range firing. No banshee nearby? Use the grappling shot up the cliff and disregard the guys. Barroth fell in three shots with the Mangler, with no protection.
Kill the enemies below with your new Stalker Rifle Ultra. It has less damage and a longer range than the S7, but it fires faster. After completing the task and collecting the Stalker Rifle Ultra, you can summon it at any FOB.
Barroth is easy to kill if you approach him correctly, while Arthoc and Okro “Blademaster” ‘Vagaduun are tougher targets.
