On paper, this task appears simple, but Chapter 3 Season 1 changed the map and most people don’t know where the gas stations are. Lucky for you, only a few of them are required to complete this quest. Here’s how to collect Gem Fragments from gas stations in Fortnite Season 1.
Locations of all Fortnite Chapter 3 Gas Stations
These are eight gas stations in the Fortnite Chapter 3 map:
- Southwest of Rocky Reels
- East of The Joneses
- East of The Daily Bugle
- Southwest of Shifty Shafts
- West of Camp Cuddle
- West of Logjam Lumberyard
- Northeast of Rocky Reels
- Northeast of Greasy Grove
How to Collect Gem Fragments from Gas Stations
To fulfil this goal, you simply need to visit six petrol stations on the island. Each gas station has one Gem Fragment, which does not respawn in subsequent matches. Just go through everything to acquire one.
The Gem Fragments are easy to find due to their bright blue colour and modest size. Like most Fortnite treasures, an icon will appear on your minimap when you reach close enough. After obtaining 6 Gem Fragments, you will complete the assignment and get a lot of XP. Completing weekly assignments will quickly unlock Spider-Man.
