Welcome to our ‘Far Cry 6: How To Get Rocket Launchers?’ guide. On this page of the Far Cry 6 game guide, we explain how to permanently unlock the first rocket launcher. Having a rocket launcher makes it much simpler to destroy opposing helicopters and tanks.

Far Cry 6: What are rocket launchers?

A launcher is one of the game’s weapon categories. Enemy helicopters and tanks may represent a severe danger to your character during specific missions, retaking enemy strongholds or even when freely wandering the game area if you have rocket launchers. In order to avoid deadly contacts with opposing machines, you should get the first launcher as soon as feasible.

Even if you see an enemy soldier utilising a rocket launcher, you cannot take it away from them. In Far Cry 6, you can’t get your opponents’ items.

The launcher must be found in a chest or obtained during a quest. They exist in treasure boxes, although you’ll likely find none in the early game. This means obtaining the unique launchers that appear in one particular location inside the game universe. Two instances of unique launchers are shown below.

Far Cry 6: La Guaracha

This tier 2 launcher is situated in Segunda, a town in the Valle De Oro area.

Find the stage in the town shown in the screenshot. There should be foes here, but you may put your weapons away and avoid fighting. Find the big crate with the La Guaracha.

Far Cry 6: Pyrotechno Launcher

This weapon is located under the Resolver Weapons tab, not the Launcher Weapons tab.

This is a special effect. This weapon fires pyrotechnics and is effective against both troops and hostile machines.

Pyrotechno isn’t lootable in the game world. Instead, you could try out the Supremacy task, which involves purchasing rare things from Juan of Libertad Island for DU (a rare resource).

After you reach a certain hero rank, Juan will start selling the Pyrotechno for 100 uranium.
