Dungeons return in Diablo Immortal, as they have in every MMO and preceding Diablo game. The first dungeon in the game is the Mad King’s Breach. This guide will follow you through the whole Mad King’s Breach Dungeon in Diablo Immortal, including all of the enemies you encounter and the Set items you get.
Location of Mad King’s Breach Dungeon
The mission “Masters of Death” is immediately followed by Mad King’s Breach. You are entrusted with entering the breach to stop Leoric and grab the Worldstone Shard from him while Xul fights Lethes. The dungeon is accessible between levels 17 and 20, at the end of the Ashwold Cemetery zone’s plot.
As you ascend the stairs of the structure, the dungeon entrance is right before the Haunted Carriage.
Items from the Mad King’s Breach Set
While you will finish Mad King’s Breach as part of the plot the first time, you may return to complete it on higher difficulties and get greater rewards.
Set items in Diablo Immortal begin to drop when you are on Hell 1 difficulty, and this is what you should primarily strive for.
After killing all of the bosses in Mad King’s dungeon, you will obtain the set items listed below, along with the difficulties at which they are dropped:

- Fairfleet – Hell 2+
- Issatar at Rest (amulet) – Hell 2+

Walkthrough for Diablo Immortal Mad King’s Breach
First Floor
The Mad King’s Dungeon is the first Dungeon in Diablo Immortal. This Dungeon consists of 3 levels. On each level, you will face three distinct bosses.
The first floor is compact, with a treasure chest against the left wall. You must kill two waves of Wraiths that spawn in the middle passage to spawn Sir Gorash at the conclusion. He has the ability to cast Arcane Beams and Waller, but he is easily destroyed.
How can you beat Sir Gorash?
Sir Gorash sends a swarm of skeletons after you. Kill all minions and Skeletons before they grow too numerous. He will also set several traps for you.
Keep your distance from him whenever he lays traps. Remember that minions may do a lot of damage. So, first and foremost, eliminate his minions.
Following that, anytime Sir Gorash uses his axe, it takes some time. Use that time to assault Sir Gorash from behind and keep doing so until he is defeated.
Second Floor
On the second level, you will encounter Manoruk the Gatekeeper. Kill all the creatures till the end of the hall to spawn Manoruk.
Several enemies spawn in the middle and in the end, which must be vanquished before Manoruk may spawn.
How can you defeat Manoruk the Gatekeeper?
During the combat, Manoruk the Gatekeeper collects and shoots separate blasts that deal considerable damage. He also has a long attack that sends skulls over the floor in waves.
This may be frightening at first, but after you grasp how these assaults work, you can quickly beat him by assaulting him in between his strikes.
Third Floor
The Skeleton King is the last monster in Mad King’s Dungeon. You must overcome three layers of creatures on the third floor before proceeding to the Skeleton King. As you ascend the stairs, you must eliminate all of the assailants.
To advance, kill the six opponents in the room’s center, then the four Skeletal Guards that spawn after that.
Once all of the enemies have been defeated, the Skeleton King spawns at the far end of the room.
Defeating The Skeleton King
The Skeleton King is a simple boss to fight in the Mad King’s Dungeon, with just two levels. During the first level, he’ll swing his weapon, which you can easily escape.
In the second stage, he’ll rush at you on his horse. Allow him to hit you with his charge if you’re a melee character, and dragging you along with him will increase your DPS. If you’re in a group, save your Ultimate talents for the second level.
In the second level, defeating The Skeleton King becomes quite simple. So just stay in there throughout the first phase and assault him with all you’ve got in the second.
