Amber Alert: Non-custodial father possibly has 2-year-old Shannon Yusef Ingram
On Sunday evening, authorities issued an AMBER Alert for a missing 2-year-old toddler whom they suspect was abducted by his non-custodial father.
The last known clothing item worn by Shannon Yusef Ingram was a blue Baby Shark hoodie. She was also wearing grey slacks and blue flip-flops. He’s got black hair and brown eyes.
Suspect, 30 year old Black male suspect Shannon Dawayne Ingram, has been characterised as having dreadlocks, a beard, brown eyes, and a royal blue sweatshirt. About 5 feet 10 inches tall, he weighs 220 pounds.
The incident car was found in the 100 block of North Ruth Street.
