Warzone DMZ: How to Unlock Second Insured Slot
Getting to Level 4 with the Black Mous Faction is a necessary step toward unlocking the second Insured Slot in DMZ. Those who haven’t already done so must gain this rank by completing further tasks to raise their Reputation. Then, select the Upgrades option and peruse the following list of components:
Extract 3 IFAKs found at hospitals
Extract 1 AFAK or large medical bag
Extract 1 enemy operator’s weapon
Al Mazrah is where you will primarily need to go because that is where the city’s hospitals are.
You can find IFAKs and AFAKs in the lockers, cabinets, and shelves of the medical facilities. The second purpose can also be accomplished by picking up a large medical bag. Grab and extract these resources from wherever you find them on the map; doing so will help you complete the quest. The Secure Backpack can protect your belongings from damage in the event of your death during combat.
The last objective requires you to steal a gun from the enemy team and use it to escape. This doesn’t mean you have to rush into fight, though; it’s possible to find dead Operators lying around, especially on the Scavenger. Ping the boss and grab any weapons you can find if you see it spawn on the map.
Once you’ve gathered and extracted everything, you’ll have access to the second Insured Slot and be able to bring more weapons onto your next expedition.
