In its 2022 open-world title, Game Freak is introducing a new Pokemon form. Everything you need to know about Noble Pokemon in Pokemon Legends Arceus is right here. In Pokemon Legends Arceus, players will see an entirely different aspect of Sinnoh, as the 2022 titles take place decades ago when the territory was known as the Hisui region instead.
Despite the fact that this is a Diamond & Pearl origin narrative, Game Freak is bringing a slew of new features to the Gen IV universe, including the all-new Noble Pokemon form.
What are Noble Pokemon in Legends Arceus?
As players explore the Hiusi region, they will discover that four Noble Pokemon governed Sinnoh during ancient times. These ‘mon were endowed with specific abilities and might be thought of as mini-bosses in the game, as players must travel to each of their territories to confront them.
Noble Pokemon | Category | Type | Height | Weight |
Kleavor | Axe Pokemon | Bug / Rock | 5’11 | 196.2 lbs |
Basculegion | Big Fish Pokemon | Water / Ghost | 9’10 | 242.5 lbs |
Wyrdeer | Big Horn Pokemon | Normal / Psychic | 5’11 | 209.7 lbs |
Wyrdeer, Basculegion, and Kleavor are the three Nobles who have been revealed thus far. They’re the descendants of Stantler, Basculin, and Scyther. After contact with the mysterious lands of Hisui, each of the classic Pokemon was converted into a unique variation.
Each of these monsters has a Warden assigned to them, similar to Gym Leaders. These gifted Trainers are responsible for defending the area of the map where each noble resides. At the time of writing, Warden Arezu’s fourth Noble had not yet been revealed.
Pokemon Legends Arceus Noble Pokemon location
According to promotional materials, each of the Noble Pokemon will occupy a distinct area of the map. Kleavor, Scyther’s evolution, will live in the Obsidian Fieldlands, for example. One of the four Wardens is appointed to look after the land at each of these sites. Because the Pokemon are revered by the people of Hisui, the special Trainers are also in charge of delivering them offerings.
Frenzied Noble Pokemon in Pokemon Legends Arceus
According to the tale, a mystery phenomena in Hisui would cause the Noble Pokemon to become “frenzied.” The formerly magnificent creatures turn bright yellow and begin rampaging recklessly over their area.As the player progresses through the game, they will meet Wardens Lian, Mai, Iscan, and Arezu, who will each assign you the responsibility of restoring order to the Nobles.
How to catch Noble Pokemon in Pokemon Legends Arceus
At the time of writing, Game Freak has not stated whether or not players would be able to catch the Noble Pokemon specifically. It appears thus based on screenshots of the protagonist facing Kleavor in its regular state.
Trainers must first cure them of their Frenzied state. Unlike most’mon, they cannot be knocked out and must instead be defeated by calming them down using a specific set of methods explained in our guide here.
It would be fascinating to see whether more Noble Pokemon and Wardens are unveiled when Pokemon Legends Arceus is released in January 2022. We still don’t know much about the mystery creatures, but they appear to be crucial to Sinnoh’s origins.
Noble Pokemon battlegrounds
