Locations of Ni no Kuni 2’s Tainted Monsters
There are several gigantic Tainted Monsters wandering about the globe of Ni No Kuni 2 that you may slay if you believe you can conquer them all. There are 60 Tainted Monsters in all, with the remaining 10 spawning only after the first 50 have been vanquished. These Tainted Creatures are not simple to defeat, but we have some tips and tactics to help you slaughter these monsters with ease.
Some of these Tainted Monsters are part of side missions, thus killing a significant number of these Tainted Monsters is required if you wish to finish all side quests. These Tainted Monsters are not only tough to vanquish, but they are also well worth the effort. You will get fantastic treasure, including a lot of XP and some really rare items that can only be obtained from particular Tainted Monsters.
Before we get into the locations of these Tainted Monsters, there are a few things you should know before attempting to defeat your first Tainted Monster. Keep in mind that these Tainted Monsters are the most difficult enemies you will face in the game, so go in properly prepared.
If you wish to beat them, you must equal their level. Forget about beating them on a lesser level. Instead of just matching the level, we suggest that you be a few levels above than the monster in order to easily beat it. Load up on healing and resurrection goods, such as Angel’s Tears, before engaging in combat with a Tainted Monster.
Prepare some dishes and consume them exactly before the combat starts to get skill boosts that will aid you in conquering the Tainted Monsters. As much as possible, use fully charged weapons against them. For maximum damage, use stun attacks and your fighting abilities. Use Higgledies against them as well. Some of these will significantly assist you in balancing the conflict in your favor against them.

After defeating 50 of these creatures, you will get the Achievement/Trophy ‘Scourge of the Tainted.’ The last ten Tainted will drop amazing gear as well as a big quantity of experience.
