Multiple users not able to log on to Snapchat
The Snapchat app is down, and thousands of users are complaining that they are unable to check in.
It is currently unknown what is causing the outage, which occurred about 8 a.m. ET (1 p.m. GMT) this morning, according to online outages.
More than 1,600 users have reported problems on DownDetector, which is a service that monitors internet disruptions.
It has been reported that users are having difficulties logging into and accessing the app. On DownDetector, 70 percent of reports begin with problems signing in to the system.
There have been reports of problems in both the United Kingdom and the United States.
Downdetector received the following complaint from a user: I can’t log in man. Says connection error.”
Another person expressed himself as follows: “Yeeeeah…
I’m having trouble logging in as well. Come ahead, snap your fingers! Let’s get this sorted out, fellas! I have faith in you.”
