How to get the Nepheri in Warframe
The Nepheri is one of three new secret weapons introduced in Warframe’s most recent update. These elegant dual blazing daggers are a sight to behold and are among the most powerful weapons in their class. Here’s how you can get your hands on Warframe’s new Nepheri.
How to get the Nepheri in Warframe
As another Narmer Bounty reward, the Nepheri can be earned in a similar manner to Caliban. You must first finish The New War quest in order to gain access to these new tiers of bounties on the open planets of Earth and Venus.
You can either go to Eudico on Fortuna when night falls on Cetus to take on Narmer Bounties in the Orb Vallis, or you can go to Eudico on Fortuna when night falls on Cetus. Otherwise, you must travel to Konzu on Cetus during the day to face Narmer Bounties in the Plains of Eidolon.
The Nepheri, unfortunately, is an uncommon drop in the reward pool. They’re also only available as a prize in the bounties’ fourth and fifth phases. They, like the Korumm, have a 5.45 percent chance of being awarded after finishing Stage 4, and a 7.50 percent chance after completing Stage 5. Although your chances are minimal, you can improve your chances by accomplishing all bonus objectives per level. Alternatively, you can purchase the Nepheri for 180 Platinum on the Market. This will give you the weapon right away, along with a weapon slot and an Orokin Catalyst.
Nepheri build requirements
To build the Nepheri, you’ll need to be Mastery Rank 13. The following are the materials needed to craft it as well:
- 20,000 Credits
- 10 Narmer Isoplast
- 6 Tromyzon Entroplasma
- 80 Fersteel Alloy
- 2 Nitain Extract
A simple build for the Nepheri
Because the Nepheri are dual daggers, they have a disadvantage in terms of AoE and room clearing capabilities. They may be visually stunning, but they can cause significant damage to single targets.
While this weapon has incredible numbers (21 percent critical chance, 2.3x critical multiplier, and 33 percent status chance), it compensates for the fact that it has an inbuilt fireball mechanic.
The Nepheri can hurl a succession of fireballs with unlimited punch through, capable of doing some damage. Because the weapon contains innate fire damage, it can be used in a dual-element setup to complement the status chance inflictions as well as devastating Condition Overload setups.
The Dual Daggers mod, which is part of the Amar Archon mod pack, boosts the weapon’s base damage and adds additional Slash damage. It also has a secondary effect in which the player teleports to a target within 10/20/30 meters while using Heavy Attack, depending on how many mods are worn in that set.
Another flaw in the weapon is that Dual Daggers have poor heavy attack viability, rendering this mod largely ineffective. This weapon could easily be top tier if it was on par with something like the Pennant or the Reaper Prime.
