House of Reckoning Switches Guide in Halo Infinite
The campaign of Halo Infinite is full of easter eggs. Some are useful, while others are just for fun. In the House of Reckoning, the Master Chief tries to find his partner, Echo-216. The quest is important in Halo Infinite, and the easter egg is easy to miss.
The House of Reckoning is a campaign mission in Halo Infinite. It requires players to struggle through several levels of difficulty to reach Escharum, one of Infinite’s key antagonists. Each level is reminiscent of a Halo combat, where players must eliminate adversaries in waves of increasing severity. As players go through the levels, they will locate a switch to activate the House of Reckoning easter egg.
The easter egg is activated via three switches in the House of Reckoning. The first room has a simple structure and enemies. The first switch lies in the second room with the enormous tower in the map’s center. Enter the arena by ascending to the platform above Escharum’s hologram message to Master Chief. A red button will be on the platform’s wall. Pinch the button to enter the arena. They must next use their grapple shot to scale the tower. It may take a few tries. The next button is on the tower.
The final button is on the far right ceiling. After activating the switch on the tower, players should glance up and see the switch on the ceiling above a metal beam. Players can grapple shot to the beam and hit the button. The Halo Infinite easter egg will then be activated. Then a rocket warthog will spawn for the players to use.
This easter egg is very handy. A rocket warthog comes in helpful during campaign battles when Hunters and brutes appear in droves. Defending the tower is difficult when brutes assault the steps or bombs fly. The ability to travel across the area and arrive in a favorable position quickly allows players to reach Escharum.
From dolls to weapons, Halo Infinite’s easter eggs are excellent additions to the game. But not all are as useful as the House of Reckoning switches. Getting to the switches in time is a difficult chore, but well worth it.
