Have A Nice Death on release date will be available as early access!
Have A Nice Death, the hand-drawn indie roguelite has a release date that has been revealed. The game will be available for $15 on March 8th through Steam early access.
As Death, the creator and CEO of Death Incorporated, players assume control of the deceased’s souls in this “hack’n’scythe” 2D roguelike. As Death, players must battle through the company’s offices to subjugate workers who have been accumulating too many souls. The game’s bosses are the company’s department leaders, also known as Sorrows.

Welcome to Death Inc. Discover and explore Death Inc.’s procedurally created departments, where you’ll encounter a colorful array of unforgettable characters, such your friendly pumpkin-headed assistant, Pump Quinn.
Reap What You Sow: In this game, you can use more than 30 different weapons and spells to fight in fast-paced hack and slash battles. You can also upgrade these weapons and spells to make them even better.
Death Never Sleeps: To get through Death Incorporated’s many minions and bosses again and again, use what you’ve learned and earned. Because Death can’t die, do this over and over again. Every time you run, you’ll get a performance review. This means that you’ll get interesting items and upgrades that will help you move forward on your journey.
When Life Gives You Curses: People at Death Incorporated don’t like when you take more power for yourself. For example, if you get a Curse upgrade, the Labor Inspector might give your subordinates more power, or the cost of ‘koffee’ and other things that are important to your work output might go up.
When ready, the game will be available on Steam and Valve’s Steam Deck. Players may now wishlist the game on Steam ahead of the March 8 early access release.
