While it didn’t start out that way, it appears that when the book on Fortnite Chapter 2 closes, players will remember the sheer number of crossovers Epic was able to pull off.

Over the past few seasons, characters such as Master Chief, Kratos, Aloy, Daryl, and Michonne from The Walking Dead, and Snake Eyes have all appeared in the game.

What’s even more bizarre is that the names listed are only the tip of the iceberg.

There’s a good chance you’ve already forgotten about some of the lesser-known collaborations, which just goes to show how serious Epic is about them.

It comes as no surprise that there will be even more collaborations, and we have confirmation that there will be many, many more.

More Collabs In Future

Yesterday, Epic sent me a survey in my emails asking for my opinion on many characters/people/franchises.

I'll just post some of the most interesting ones here! 👀

Remember that Guggimon (Season 7 BP) was also in one of these surveys before he came into the game! 🔥 pic.twitter.com/4il4WJJMiL

ShiinaBR, a Fortnite leaker, posted a list of characters that Epic asked about in a survey on July 25. These names are all potential crossover options in the game, but just because they’re on the list doesn’t mean they’re a lock.

Names such as Venom, Predator, and Lara Croft have already been used, but Drax, Conan the Barbarian, and Captain Falcon are all possibilities.

According to Forbes’ Paul Tassi, some of these crossovers are already in the works, but he didn’t elaborate.

As a result, it’s anyone’s guess what’s in the works and what’s merely a possibility. We have the court paperwork to go on, so names like The Rock, Ariana Grande, Naruto, and others are very likely to appear.

Pinky and the Brain, The Wizard of Oz, and other such properties, on the other hand, appear to be a lot less plausible.

While we’ve received LeBron James and Thanos this season, the crossovers have been considerably slower than in Seasons 4 and 5.

Who’s Collaborating Next?

The next big thing on everyone’s mind is Ariana Grande’s upcoming concert. Epic Games has yet to announce anything, but Fortnite leaker FireMonkey claims the concert will take place on July 31.

That means we’re only a few days away from a big event that Epic has managed to keep hidden for quite some time. In most cases, major concerts will have some sort of notification in-game.

The thing people are hyping up is the event (which might be the Ariana Concert) that is currently set to take place on July 31st.

v17.21 should release within the next few days and add the files required for this event (however they will most likely be encrypted)

Travis Scott and Marshmello both had phases integrated into the game, and Tuesday’s release could kick off the process for Ariana Grande.

It’s anyone’s guess right now, but if Epic manages to pull it off, we’re confident it’ll be a huge hit.

Grande is one of the most well-known performers in the world, and Fortnite’s previous performances have been tremendous spectacles.

Travis Scott’s skin has become one of the most sought-after in Fortnite, and it doesn’t appear to be coming back anytime soon.

If Ariana Grande does have a concert, she will almost certainly bring a skin with her.

However, for the time being, this is all just a rumour, so stay tuned for any updates in the coming days.
