Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1: Where to get The Dub
Bunker Jonesy will offer you The Dub for 600 Gold Bars in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1. The Dub is not available as ground treasure, chest loot, or Supply Drops. The only other method to obtain The Dub is to defeat a player who already has it and take it from them. Bunker Jonesy lives on The Joneses’ south side and is frequently seen walking around in front of his trailer.
The Joneses is a popular drop spot, so if you go there first thing in the game, expect to be surrounded by other players.
The Exotic variant of the Double Barrel Shotgun is the Dub. It’s identical to the standard Double Barrel Shotgun, but with a significant knockback effect. Any player hit by The Dub, as well as the player who launches it (unless they’re crouching), will be sent flying backward. Because it works best at close range, it’s a good weapon to have when exploring vast, complicated buildings with other people nearby.
It’s ideal for, say, blasting your way through The Daily Bugle. You can also use the knockback to hurl yourself into places you couldn’t otherwise reach, such as hazards and high falls.
