Final Fantasy XIV: Where to get Rhodium Sand
If you want to make Rhodium Ingots in Final Fantasy XIV, you’ll need to get your hands on Rhodium Sand. Rhodium Sand, unlike the second material required for Rhodium Ingots, Alchemical Abrasive, is a little easier to come by without needing to grind dungeons every day. In Final Fantasy XIV, here’s all you need to know about where to find Rhodium Sand.
You’ll need to unlock the Tome of Geological Folklore – The World Unsundered item from the Splendors Vendor in Radz-at-Hand before you may start seeking Rhodium Sand. They can be found at coordinates (X:11.4, Y:9.1). You’ll need to give them 16 Regional Folklore Trader’s Token C, which you can get for 100 White Scrips from White Scrip Exchange sellers.
You can now head out on the hunt for Rhodium Sand after you’ve unlocked the Tome. It can be found at specific nodes at various periods. You can look up these times on the Final Fantasy XIV Clock webpage to see how long till the timer reappears. When it does, go to Elpis, which is located at coordinates (X:13.6, Y:7.2). To harvest for it, you’ll need a character with a Quarrying Skill of 90.
