How to get the antibiotics and give them to Matias?
This mission is available after finishing Intervention. Paolo would radio you to get antibiotics for Talia. Three posts from Valle De Oro will be highlighted on your map. If you haven’t previously, secure each post and remember to kill all guards and smash the billboard. You can fast travel towards them once you’ve successfully captured them. You can find the access keycard on the officer’s corpse or get it if you take control the post. A huge medical bag is shown in any of the sites. To get antibiotics, go to Dr. Matias’ clinic. Upon reaching the building, a cutscene plays.
How to find Sergio Estevez and examine his office?
You must travel to Orquidea Villa in Muerta Point. Once you’ve arrived, we suggest doing some reconnaissance from any of the nearby hills to identify opponents, camera, and surveillance systems. Hiding should be simpler due to the large area surrounding the villa, however it is not required, and the task would not fail when you are discovered. Finally, you’ll need to enter the building and take the staircase to first floor. Sergio’s office located here, & you’ll find two clues there to investigate:
⦁ It’s an answering machine with a recording from Dr. Reyes on it.
⦁ Furniture with a computer built in it.
How to capture Sergio?
The map will show the marina east of Sergio’s house. Arrive at the lone building along the water. Sergio will flee, so you shall have to pursue him. The best way to pursue is on one of the nearby ATVs. You can also drive there, but it must be capable off the road too. Focus on driving safely and narrowing the distance to Sergio’s vehicle. Then drive with a hidden weapon and fire. You must damage the enemy car to halt Sergio. Go to the halted car to see Sergio stuck in a cut-scene. That’s how it’s done.
