How to breach the BioVida facility?
After finishing Surgical Extraction, you can continue to this last operation with in Valle De Oro. You must go to BioVida Facilities. Paolo is on the hill, next to the opposing base. You can also fly or climb there. The BioVida complex is huge, so make a recco firstly, perhaps from the hill on which you visited Paolo. Mark visible adversaries, camera & sirens. Then you can either skulk about and disable the surveillance systems or fight. In the latter instance, you risk heavy fire. Instead of looking for the entry card, proceed to the rear building. Go to the rear building 12 & take the stairs to the lower roof depicted. Climb to the rooftop ladder of building 13.
Once on the tallest roof, find the locked door. Fortunately, destroying the padlock will allow you entry. No access cards are required to explore building 13. Rather, utilize the red terminals. These can open new pathways. The labs may be difficult to navigate due to the glass walls. Room investigation is optional. The true objective is in the building’s basement, and only a single path goes there. Finally, you must enter one of the basement cells to see El Doctor & 1 patient. Not now, since he’s protected by armour glass.
How to flee the poison room?
You can either go straight to it after seeing El Doctor or wait until he finishes speaking to give yourself more time to react. A deadly gas is discharged into the cell, steadily reducing your character’s health. Before doing so, you should check your gear and, if possible, boost your poison tolerance. To escape the cell, you must break the floor hatch that allows you to drop to the vent shaft underneath. Because not every of the branches go to the exit, the vent shaft is a little maze. Smash the vents along the route, then pick one of the three branches at the forks: smashing the grille before you and the right branch, the right branch or smashing the grille before of you and the right branch. If you followed the correct courses, you will access the higher grille, which you can use to exit the shafts.
How to kill El Doctor?
Don’t stop since the hero is still losing health. Return to the basement through the linear way. You can overlook hallucinations. Just eliminate El Doctor’s clones that obstruct the path. El Doctor will be one of the clones at the conclusion of the straight journey. Just shoot everyone you see.

You must fight till all adversaries in the airport region are defeated, including backup. After that a cut-scene of Juan’s chopper landing and picking up all the rebels will begin. You’ll need to view more cut-scenes to finish Valle De Oro & Maximas Matanzas storylines. You must concentrate on the Madrugada & El Este areas if you haven’t finished them yet. Alternatively, finish the Esperanza region’s tasks.
