Elder Scrolls Online’s Deadlands DLC will be released in November
Elder Scrolls Online: Deadlands is the MMO’s next expansion, and it’s almost here. In a jam-packed livestream, Bethesda revealed that players will be able to enter Oblivion this November. Along with the reveal, the team unveiled a trailer and a slew of new details about the DLC.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Deadlands will be available on PC/Mac and Stadia on November 1st, and on Xbox and PlayStation consoles on November 16th. Before diving into the DLC, players can get a taste of what’s in store by completing the free prologue quest — An Apocalyptic Situation — in the game right now. PC players can also visit the Deadlands on the public test server.
The Gates of Oblivion storyline concludes with Deadlands. Players will travel to Oblivion to battle Mehrunes Dagon and his minions. You’ll meet Dremora in the Daedric plane of Deadlands, face the cult of the Waking Flame, explore new areas, meet new enemies, and complete new quests that wrap up the Gates of Oblivion story.
Elder Scrolls Online has also collaborated with Critical Role on one-shot Dungeons & Dragons adventurers. Along with the announcement of the Deadlands, Bethesda revealed that the cast will stream another session set in the world of Nirn in October. Elder Scrolls Online also worked with the band Trivium on game music.
