Technical concerns with network stability and coop disconnection have been fixed in both PC and PS4 versions, according to Techland. The AI dead body reproducing and console-specific challenges with covert gaming and immortal AI are ready for implementation.
Techland’s patch notes & plans are for the week starting February 7. The initial Dying Light 2 PC update is currently available, so players should check for it. Techland says they plan to send console patches to Xbox & PlayStation even by mid of this week. The submission and permitting process is unpredictable, so the console updates may arrive at the ending of the week or perhaps later.
PC fixes for Dying Light 2 on Steam & Epic Games Store are smaller than console fixes, but Techland says PC fixes will be frequent, so patches will be smaller and more frequent than console. Techland has also stated that they are working on several fixes that will be released in future patches.
