Child Porn possession Convict Josh Duggar not allowed to be part Christmas feast and Celebration
Christmas all alone. Josh Duggar spent the 2021 holiday alone in jail after being convicted of child pornography charges.
“It’s going to be turkey and gravy, candied carrots, mashed potatoes, a roll with margarine and a spice cake. The beverage will be a fortified drink mix,” Washington County Detention Center in Arkansas said to the outlet
Since he is in solitary, he will have to eat alone rather than with his fellow detainees. Solitary prisoners cannot dine with others, a source told The Sun. “They get served alone in their cell, but they get the same food everyone else does.”
Following his arrest in April 2021, Josh was found guilty of two counts of possessing and receiving CSAM [Child Sexual Abuse Material] on December 9. He was promptly arrested and will stay in detention until his sentence in around four months, Judge Timothy Brooks noted during the court session. The Arkansas native faces up to 40 years in prison and a $500,000 fine.
Anna Duggar (née Keller) had stood behind him throughout his ordeal. Josh and Anna have 7 children togetther Mackynzie, 12, Michael, 10, Marcus, 8, Meredith, 6, Mason, 4, Maryella, 2, and Madyson, 2 months.
A source told “Anna is completely devastated. Her family has been torn apart, but she knows it’s not just her family that’s been hurt, She’s trying to think about and pray for the innocent victims.
Josh’s parents and siblings have also been affected by his guilty judgement. The incident has “torn apart” the former Counting On stars, a source told In Touch.
“The family prayed and prayed, but also braced for the worst,” the source said.“[Michelle Duggar] and [Jim Bob Duggar] are trying to stay strong, praying for Josh, Anna and their grandkids. The family is rallying, but some of the kids can’t forgive their brother Josh for what he did. They’re horrified that he didn’t get help sooner.”
