BetUS Market Growth in 2025

The sports betting industry has been gaining tremendous ground over the past few years, especially in the US, where the repeal of PASPA in 2018 opened the door for its legalization. That occurrence allowed the country’s top fantasy sports operators to get in on the betting side of things, teaming up with local land-based gambling entities to start offering wagering services in territories that have allowed this. At the time of writing, thirty-eight US states permit retail betting fun, and thirty of these will also enable the Internet.

In 2025, the online betting realm is expected to pull in $77 billion in revenues, expanding at a rate of 5.30% over the next four years. Still, many Americans are unaware that they have had the option to wager on sporting events remotely since the mid-1990s, when this pastime became available worldwide via Antigua’s Free Trade and Processing Act. BetUS, a globally recognized web casino and betting brand that is still going strong and competitive even with US-based juggernauts such as FanDuel and DraftKings, was one of the first sites to pop up and supply this service.

Bovada, the North American arm of Bodog, a site now run by Morris Mohawk Group, is probably BetUS’s main offshore competitor. The content below shows how one of the Web’s first bookie platforms stacks up against what many would call its chief rivals – DraftKings, FanDuel, and Bovada.

Head-to-Head Comparison: Features That Matter

As noted, BetUS is a veteran in the online gambling space. It has a sportsbook, a decent casino section, and a dedicated racebook. Its betting page covers over twenty sports, focusing strongly on American leagues like the NFL and the NBA. It has niche choices like darts and table tennis. But the offerings here are not as spectacular as at other crypto-powered sites, which use Digitain’s or BETBY’s software. The BetUS racebook is particularly noteworthy, providing pari-mutuel betting on hundreds of daily races with fixed-odds betting for events like The Grand National and the Kentucky Derby.

The BetUS casino boasts over three hundred games, with the software coming from Betsoft and Nucleus Gaming, sister companies that offer similar games. However, this site does not feature Megaways slots or other games featuring famed game engines.

FanDuel is undoubtedly a US powerhouse, renowned for its comprehensive sports coverage, offering extensive markets for motorsports, international soccer, and niche sports like jai alai. FanDuel’s casino, available in select states, as only seven have iGaming regulation, has higher-end slots and live table games than BetUS. It works with Evolution, which brings over its premium streaming games, and Playtech, NetEnt, Reel Play, and Slingo Originals, for the RNG side of things. FanDuel, too, has a dedicated racing app with a $500 no-sweat bet for new users.

DraftKings is comparable to FanDuel in terms of betting, racing, and casino entertainment, working with many of the same game suppliers. Bovada, on the other hand, has a premium digital poker room and features exclusive games from Woohoo, while also hosting products from Rival and RealTime Gaming. Unique to Bovada are Hot Drop Jackpots, which are timed rewards. It has softer odds than BetUS and a comparable gaming offer.

Regarding bonuses, BetUS is renowned for its generous and flexible promos, such as its flagship 125% welcome deal up to $3,125 (100% sports up to $2,000, 25% casino up to $625) with an x14 sports rollover and an x30 casino one. DraftKings and FanDuel’s registration offers pale in comparison, but Bovada can compete with a $3,000 casino welcome bonus.

Trust & Reputation: Who’s More Reliable in 2025?

For US gamblers, DraftKings and FanDuel are perceived as more reliable because each state’s regulators regulate them. Thus, their customers can be sure that US laws protect them. Meanwhile, BetUS is licensed in Mwali, Comoros Union, a known regulator, especially in the crypto space, but a far laxer one when stacked against US-based ones. Bovada is too regulated in the Union of the Comoros, while also getting overseen by the Central Reserve Authority of Western Sahara, which is not reassuring to many online gamblers.

These two offshore platforms make up for their poor regulation in the range of accepted payment methods they list, including cryptos, which are not permitted at FanDuel and DraftKings. Moreover, almost every BetUS review online notes the fast transaction speeds this hub guarantees and its hefty payout limits. It also must be highlighted that despite its offshore status, BetUS maintains strong security with RNG testing, reCAPTCHA, and anti-money laundering protocols. The same goes for Bovada, which is why both have maintained good standing with so many US residents for a long time. Their customer support is commendable.

Conclusion: Which Platform Wins for You?

For those in the market for hefty promotions that are super enticing and who want to utilize Bitcoin, BetUS is the obvious choice for betting. Bovada is for those who want a more diversified gambling experience, spiced up with some poker, while DraftKings and FanDuel are for US gamblers who are wary about using foreign websites/apps and want a service that would put them more at ease when wagering on sports or playing casino games.
