Best Kar98k loadout in Call of Duty: Vanguard
The Kar98k thrives at long-range combat, which is terrific in Warzone but not so much in Call of Duty: Vanguard’s furious multiplayer. Because most multiplayer games will need a lot of roaming around, we’ve designed a Kar98k loadout that is efficient at any range, making it much easier to quick-scope foes and one-shot them while you dash around corners.
- Optic: Type 97 5X Telescopic
- Muzzle: Scout Silencer
- Barrel: Krausnick Scout
- Underbarrel: M1941 Hand Stop
- Magazine: 8MM Klauser 3 Round Mag
- Rear Grip: Leather Grip
- Stock: Short Stock
- Ammo Type: Lengthened
- Proficiency: Icy Veins
- Kit: Fully Loaded
Optics are primarily a matter of taste, but the Type 97 5x Telescopic scope is ideal for fighting at any range. It can detect things from a long distance, but the zoom isn’t too jarring, so close-quarters quick-scopes are still possible.
It’s sluggish by default, which means you’ll be quickly outmatched by opponents using speedier weaponry. We used the Short Stock, 8MM Klauser 3 Round Mags, and Leather Grip to increase speed. Each of these boosts ADS speed, as well as other attributes like reload and movement speed.
Icy Veins also enhances reload speed and accuracy while injured, allowing you to withstand risky situations more easily. Because the Short Stock reduces your accuracy and control, utilise the M1941 Hand Stop to slightly boost both and balance things out.
Secondary Weapon
Because the Kar98k is effective at any range, you have a lot of alternatives for supplementary weapons. The Combat Shotgun is the greatest Shotgun in Call of Duty: Vanguard, and it’s ideal if you like sluggish, powerful guns. However, because the Kar98k is bolt-action, we recommend utilising a weapon that fires quickly as your secondary, such as the MP40 or STG44. This increases your versatility, allowing you to adjust swiftly when you need to annihilate the opposition team.
Best Kar98k Perks and Equipment
Here are the perks and equipment that you should use on the Kar98k:
- Perk 1: Ghost
- Perk 2: Radar
- Perk 3: Overkill
- Lethal: Thermite
- Tactical: Stim
The finest perks in Call of Duty: Vanguard are Ghost, Radar, and Overkill, and you should use them in most loadouts. If you plan on moving around a lot, Ghost and Radar are a fantastic pairing because you can conceal from opposing spy planes and intel while readily picking out targets on your minimap.
You’ll need Overkill to equip two primary weapons if you want to employ one of the weapons indicated above in your secondary slot.
