Apex Legends: An overview on Prestige Skins
Prestige skins differ from regular Apex skins, so there are three ‘tiers’ to complete. The next levels will be accessible through gameplay when you complete Tier 1. These skins also seem to be pilot inspired, based on Bloodhound’s description. You’ll be able to obtain a Prestige finisher which may be used with the skin in extra to the skin itself.
The first stage is to access tier 1, which is accomplished by finishing a Collection event, similar to how heirlooms are obtained. Unlocking Prestige Skins

⦁ Complete a gaming task with the Legend to get tier 2. 30,000 damage using Bloodhound, for example.
⦁ Complete a gameplay task with the Legend to get tier 3. 70,000 damage using Bloodhound, for example.
⦁ With tier 3, you’ll also have access to the Prestige finisher.
