To unlock the third Insured Slot upgrade, players must collect five GPUs from the DMZ, a resource that is uncommon across all maps. Fortunately, there are only a handful of places where this specific material can be found, bringing you one step closer to stocking your shelves to capacity. Therefore, we will demonstrate the most effective methods for locating GPUs in the DMZ.
Warzone DMZ: Where to Find GPU
In DMZ, numerous players have found GPUs in the following zones, however this is by no means guaranteed:
- Stage Bag in Vondel University
- Stage Bag near Vondel Fire Dept.
- Chemical Storage Warehouse in Al Mazrah Al-Safwa Quarry
- Weapon Lockers in Ashika Island Tsuki Castle
- Sawah Crypto Mining Farm in Al Mazrah
GPUs can be found in good numbers in Vondel, and more specifically in the Stage Bag. These containers may already have the useful item inside of them, but you’ll need a special key to access it.
You can look for the Stage Bag Key in the barista’s bag at the Mall, as noted by insanegamer52 on YouTube. We located the key in one of the restaurant’s locked cupboards, but you could instead use a Skeleton Key or some other generic item. After that, you can go to a Stage Bag location at the University or next to the Fire Department.
Stage Bags are easy to spot because of their bright colours and familiar shape to anyone familiar with DMZ’s normal Duffel bags. You can quickly complete the mission by repeatedly visiting the University stage at the E2 locations until you do so.
In addition, the Weapon Lockers on Ashika Island’s Tsuki Castle, which had a large quantity of GPUs in the previous season, may hold certain surprises. Finding the object in computer labs is another option, but it could take some time.
You must Exfil with the item in your inventory for the upgrade to the Insured Slot to take effect. Furthermore, GPUs can be assigned to Faction-missions, allowing you to accomplish two goals at once.
