V Rising is set in a vast gothic realm full with terrible adversaries and important materials. While Stunlock Studios continues to extend V Rising, it’s crucial to get acquainted with the places that are now accessible. This guide will give you an overview of V Rising’s important map areas and what you can expect to discover there.

V Rising: What Are The Different Map Locations?

What are all the different map locations?

The map of V Rising is now separated into five locations. The Farbane Woods, which is also the biggest, is the first of them. This is where your V Rising adventure will begin.

You’ll encounter another zone named the Dunley Farmlands as you continue through the game and move north. You’ll discover some excellent resources here.

The Cursed Forest may then be found by heading farther north. It is not a pleasant location to visit, but it does assist you in gathering useful information.

Following this area, you will reach the Silverlight Hills, the most gorgeous zone of V Rising presently accessible. It is without a doubt the most gorgeous place, but it is also the most perilous.

Hallowed Mountains is located northeast of the Farbane Woods and is a late-game region. You will encounter the game’s most powerful adversaries in this area.

There are many things to explore in all of these places, including ruined ruins, caverns, and bandit camps. All of the zones have unique resources and adversaries.

Farbane Woods

Farbane Woods is V Rising’s first region, and it’s also the easiest to survive in. However, there are still a number of threats in this region, including toxic plants, homicidal moose, and other animals.

There are several Bandit Camps in this region with adversaries waiting to battle you. The Farbane Woods location is generally shaded, allowing you to explore the area without being bothered by the sun. While the sun does not fully disappear, there is plenty of cover.

Copper Ore and other vital resources for the early game may be found in this location. You may utilize this to make better gear so you can take on more difficult adversaries.

Animal Bones are also found in the V Rising and may be refined at the crafting stations. Paper, coarse thread, and a whetstone are some of the other key materials you might find in this region.

Dunley Farmlands

The Dunley Farmlands may be found after acquiring some valuable supplies and trekking north from the Farbane Woods. Iron Ore is your major source of interest here. However, be aware that the whole region is patrolled by militiamen.

You can get a lot of Iron Ore if you can sneak inside the mine. Iron ore may be used to improve your equipment. This area is also home to a large number of horses. These horses may be used as mounts to swiftly explore the location and move on to the next.

You may also collect Cloth, Sunflower, Quartz, and Wool Thread in addition to these important items. All of these materials will be very beneficial to you.

Cursed Forest

The Cursed Forest area may be found farther north of the Dunley Farmlands. This is not a place you want to be. In this area, you’ll come across zombies and witches.

Ghost Crystal, Ghost Yarn, and Spectral Dust are some of the significant resources found in this area.

Some locations in this region are now unavailable, but will most likely become accessible in future content releases.

Silverlight Hills

The most gorgeous location in the V Rising is Silverlight Hills. But don’t be fooled by that; it’s pretty deadly. Brighthaven, the largest city in V Rising, is located there.

Various resources, such as Silver Ore, may be found across this area. If you want to make formidable weapons in V Rising, you’ll need silver ore.

Gem Dust and Highland Lotus may also be found in Silverlight Hills. When you explore other locations including the Fortress of Light, you’ll come across helpful things like the Imperial Thread. Solarus, a late-game boss, may be found here as well.

Hollowed Mountains

The Hollowed Mountains, which is the late game region, are located northwest of the Farbane Woods. It’s a much smaller snowy area than the other locations described.

This location is noted for its hazardous boss encounters, not for its beneficial resources. You must prepare extensively before battling the region’s bosses.

This zone may grow in a future update, including many resources as well as formidable monsters.
