Welcome to our guide of “Triangle Strategy: What Are Mental Mock Battles And How To Level Up Using Them?”. Though level grinding is time-consuming, Triangle Strategy includes a tool named Mental Mock Battles that is great for gaining XP. Here’s how to use them.
What are Mental Mock Battles?
Mental Mock Battles could be started at the Encampment’s Tavern. The first Mock Battle in Chapter 3 is within Castle Wolffort Hall. To get additional Mental Mock Battles, gamers must progress throughout the story. These Mock Battles are great places to mill XP & resources. After each story task, drop inside the Tavern to see what’s there. After the initial playthrough, gamers will have roughly 20 Mental Mock Battles. On an NG+ file, gamers can face increasingly tougher Mock Battles.
How to level up using Mental Mock Battles?
Everyone must hit or utilize any Triangle Strategy Skill or Item to gain XP. Moving a character from a square to other generates no XP. Utilize a low-cost item like the HP Recovery Pellet. While finishing Mental Mock Battles pays players, the awards’ quality varies depending on the battle’s performance. Because the XP is given regardless of win or loss, players who use Mental Mock Battles for XP grinds need not be concerned about losing. In Mental Mock Battles choose a recommended Level above than the units. Against tougher opponents, lower-level units receive greater XP. Without permadeath, gamers won’t have to worry about losing units. The Provisioner and Itinerant Merchants within the Encampment also sell the Jade Thumb Ring. This is a late-game Triangle Strategy’s Equipment Item that costs 10,000 coins. A Jade Thumb Ring doubles a unit’s XP gains, hence it’s worth buying with coins.
