In The Cycle: Frontier, the Shock Absorber is an epic artifact that must be possessed in order to successfully print or build weapon attachments.
The fact that shock absorbers are designed for use with heavy weaponry should have been obvious from the product’s name alone. You will have the ability to print or manufacture attachments. Namely the MKM Ultralight and Ultralight Stocks if you have this item.
You can make 759 K–Marks off of the sale of a single Shock Absorber. Especially if you happen to come across an oversupply of them. Additionally, you will get 8 faction points for using the item. This may be used toward the advancement of whatever faction you choose.
All locations of the Shock Absorber
Finding things like shock absorbers might be challenging at times. Dumpsters are the only place they can be discovered. The probability of finding one at any given Tier location is around 4 percent. In addition to this, only very limited amounts are now available.
The locations of the Shock Absorbers in Bright Sands
As was just said, there are a few Shock Absorbers located here and there over the landscape, but not very many. To amass a sizable haul, you will need to put in a lot of miles behind the wheel.
Your best chance is to begin your exploration in the Science Campus, which is located in the south. First go north to the Base Camp, and then head north again to the North Uplink. You may also find Shock Absorbers in the region that is located between the North Uplink and the East Collection Point (with the Crashed Drill in the midst of this region).
The locations of the Shock Absorbers in Crescent Falls
There are a number of Shock Absorbers to be found in the southern part of the region outside of the Lakeside Building. After you have cleaned up that area, go to the Camp Power Up Room, which is located to the north of Greens Prospect.
Another place that may be looted is the Favela, which is located in the far southern part of the map. Shock absorbers may also be found at the specified POIs located around the northern border, but in very low amounts.
