Saudi players get Rolls-Royce Phantoms for beating Argentina
The Saudi Arabian football team will be rewarded with Rolls Royce Phantoms from Prince Mohammed Bin Salam Al Saud if they beat Argentina in the 2022 FIFA World Cup. On Tuesday in Qatar, the Green Falcons won 2-1 over the South American team.
This year saw the worldwide debut of the second generation 2023 Rolls Royce Phantom, known as Series II. The same 6.75-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine provides power, and it is capable of producing 563 horsepower and 900 Newton-meters of torque. The transmission is the same ZF six-speed automatic seen in the BMW 760l, making this a very capable and reliable powertrain.
The RR Phantom may be a big luxury automobile, but it certainly isn’t slow. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 5.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 150 miles per hour. The 2745-kg (kerb) weight of the Rolls Royce Phantom necessitates air suspension, which contributes to the car’s carpet-like ride quality.
Every inch of the SUV reeks of luxury. From the outside in, without any deviation. The “Spirit of Ecstasy,” an emblem of Rolls Royce, has been reimagined as a sleeker, more aerodynamic jewel on the car’s hood. These doors, also referred to as “Suicide doors,” are a unique feature of coaches that facilitate easy entry and evacuation. Additionally, you may just press a button on the inside to lock the doors behind you.
The interior is a sophisticated fusion of classic and contemporary styles. You can tell you’re in a Rolls Royce just by looking at the dashboard, which features only the best wood veneers and finely weighted metal switch gears. The infotainment screen, along with two analogue watch choices and the wood veneers, are all concealed behind the car’s characteristic rotating dashboard panel.
The second row of seats is designed like a lounge, complete with picnic tables, a premium Lexicon sound system, and televisions that are 12 inches in size.
This is just the latest sign of gratitude from Saudi Arabia’s ruling family following their historic victory. The next day, the monarch of Saudi Arabia declared a holiday in honour of the game. With three points, the team is presently in first place in Group C.
