How can you use the Scavenger ability?
The Scavenger ability isn’t available until you finish the first Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Scavenger’s tutorial. Keep progressing through the training during Return of the Jedi & The Force Awakens till the Scavenger tools appear in the plot, then they’ll be accessible in free play. After selecting a Scavenger character, press Circle for PS4, B for Xbox, and A for Switch to access the Class Abilities section. You can then choose from the Scavenger tools which are – the Breaker Blaster, the Glider, and the Net Launcher. You can summon and rid of it as many times as you choose. Each Scavenger tool serves a specific purpose, as described below.
The Blaster Breaker
A Blaster Breaker Scavenger gadget can be used to break down broken walls to gain access to new regions or collectibles. The Blaster Breaker can also be used in battle, having a Class Upgrade increasing the amount of explosions and damage.
The Glider Scavenger
A Glider Scavenger tool allows you to glide smoothly through the air between platforms. Use the Glider from high locations to obtain hard-to-reach studs and treasures.
The Net Launcher
This gadget allows you to link cargo nets to specified surfaces and climb up them for higher regions. In order to connect to a surface, you need to point the net towards it. You can only install two nets at once, and the oldest will vanish if you deploy additional.
