How many Shore Points do you need for a free sub?
The official Shore Points FAQ lists 48 points for a mini, 72 for a regular sub, bowl or wrap, and 144 for a giant. The FAQ says the redemption applies to the lowest-priced eligible item in the selected category and that you can redeem up to 144 points per transaction.
At a participating location, a qualifying regular sub earns six points under the published schedule. Twelve such purchases would earn 72 points if you started at zero and earned no points from other items. Check the app balance before choosing which reward to redeem.
How to troubleshoot a code at checkout
Pick your location first, then compare the offer terms with the items and fulfillment method in your cart. Check the expiration date, minimum order amount and whether the offer requires signing in. If the code fails, compare the pickup total with the delivery total and check for an official offer tied to that store. Save a screenshot of the terms if you need to ask the store why the offer did not apply.
