How to move rocks in Animal Crossing: New Horizons Guide

Rocks provide ample of resources like Iron Nuggesrs and stone and can be found across the island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons on Switch.

They’re definitely going to interrupt your plans for pathing as they are spread across the island making it inconvenient for you to move around. However, you can move the rocks. This guide will show you how to move rocks in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

In order to move a rock, you have to break it. But to break a rock you need strength so eat fruit to increase strength and then use your shovel to break the rock.

How many fruits do you need to eat to break the rock?

You need one fruit per rock. Also, the broken rocks will spread in random locations. In that case, you might need a couple of tries to reach where you have to go.

Rocks are important to farm Iron Nuggets. Also, to collect bells from a Money rock. You don’t want to break them all otherwise you will deplete your resources too soon.

Rocks will respawn in a random spot on your island. It is important to note that one rock will respawn each day. It is recommended to break just one rock each day, one which is in the least convenient place.
