Fortnite Season 5 of Chapter 3 release date disclosed before Season 4
Even though Epic Games has not officially announced when Chapter 3: Season 4 will be available, rumours to that effect are circulating online at the moment.
Though the current Battle Pass ends on September 17, players of Fortnite anticipate the next significant change to occur around the middle of the month.
It is still unclear what direction Season 4 of Fortnite will take thematically. Despite this, leaks suggest that unlike Season 4 of Chapter 2, a Marvel crossover will not be the focus of the show.
Tom Henderson, a well-known industry insider who has previously leaked information on Battlefield and Call of Duty, appears to have revealed the release date for Fortnite’s impending fifth season.
Henderson announced the premiere date for Season 5 this morning on his blog: it will be December 5.
Interesting, given that Epic Games has not even announced when Season 4 will be out.
Fans should, as usual, treat rumours with caution until they can be independently verified. However, the December 2022 release date predicted by Henderson for Fortnite Season 5 is not too far-fetched.
Notably, on December 2, 2020, Episode 5 of Season 2 of Chapter 2 became available on all platforms. And on December 5, 2021, we saw the premiere of Chapter 3.
But the true mystery is what Season 5 will be about. Similar information about the next major update, however, is currently under wraps and is not likely to be made public for some time.
While Epic Games has not officially stated a release date, fans anticipate Season 4 of Fortnite will arrive on September 18.
