Final Fantasy XIV: How to Get Blitzring in Eureka
In Eureka, many players used the speed belt to reduce cooldowns. Now that belts are gone, more people are attempting to Blitzring.
In Final Fantasy XIV’s Eureka DLC, the Blitzring replaces the speed belt. It has many of the same advantages as the speed belt. But, unlike belts, this item will not magically materialize in your inventory.
Due to the ring only working in Eureka, it cannot aid level new classes like Sage. Let’s look at getting the ring.
How to Get the Blitzring
You must first reclaim your speed belt before obtaining the Blitzring. Endwalker erased all belts from players’ inventories and their stats.
To get your belts back, talk to a disaster salvager and pick “Retrieve Obsolete Belts”.
This will bring up a menu featuring all of your belts before the update. Simply click claim on a belt to return it to your regular inventory. The speed belt belongs here.
Afterward, return to the calamity salvager and pick the “Speed Belt Exchange” option. This should be an easy trade of your speed belt for the Blitzring.
The Blitzring may be obtained in the same manner as the Speed Belt before Endwalker, however, this is uncertain.
But it’s good to see the ring resurface in Final Fantasy XI and work similarly. Questions regarding Endwalker or the content changes? Check out our other tutorials.
