Where to find the Rivers of Blood Katana?
Bloody Finger Okina drops the Rivers of Blood Katana at the Church of Repose in Mountaintops of the Giants. Aside from the obligatory Fire Giant boss fight, the Elden Ring wiki says Blood Finger Okina will not spawn if the Fire Giant is beaten. So, if you desire Rivers of Blood, get them before battling the Fire Giant.
If players ride Torrent up to the Church of Repose, they will be dismounted and forced to walk. This usually means an NPC is approaching, especially if the player is near a church. Several NPC invasions occur around churches in Elden Ring.
