To receive Goblin Toe boots in Diablo 2: Resurrected, you’ll need to be lucky. You can locate them faster if you go through the areas of the game where creatures are most likely to drop them.
Diablo on Normal difficulty is the most likely to drop Goblin Toes, followed by Baal on Normal and Andariel on Nightmare. Any Act boss on Nightmare or Hell can drop Goblin Toes. Fighting bosses over and over again can get tedious (not to mention perilous), so choose Act V on any difficulty level. Even if you don’t face Baal in the end, the Council Members may drop Goblin Toes, and a regular monster may as well.
Goblin Toes are a simple item to distinguish. Their main selling point is a substantial increase in Crushing Blow chance, making them ideal for physical fighters like Barbarians and Paladins.
