Destiny 2 : How To Complete The Looping Catalyst Challenge Vow Of The Disciple Raid?

Looping Catalyst challenge / Rhulk challenge

Take on the Looping Catalyst challenge in the Vow of the Disciple raid to get more Destiny 2 goodies. There is a new challenge in the Vow of the Disciple raid. To acquire bonus loot, players must defeat Rhulk with particular restrictions. The good news is that this challenge is really simple, even compared to the others.

To achieve the Looping Catalyst challenge, players must only use one huge crystal when fighting Rhulk. This implies the Leeching Force debuff must be swapped between players while on the steps. Without the Leeching Force bonus, you must shoot another large crystal, failing the Rhulk challenge.

This is how you should finish the Rhulk encounter. If you aren’t already, read our Rhulk guide. Using the smaller crystals, two players interchange the Leeching Force between them, while two other players take the Leeching Force and turn it into Emanating Force.

If you lose the Leeching Force while moving up the stairs towards Rhulk, another huge crystal and several Glyphkeepers will emerge. It fails in this way.

The challenge is only applicable to the steps when you clear the symbol phase and head up to Rhulk’s arena. You can take the Leeching Force and change it into Emanating Force to carry on fighting. The Looping Catalyst challenge in Vow of the Disciple is simple. Most Destiny 2 players will use this technique to defeat the Rhulk.
